Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • baking sheet
  • oven
  • skillet
  • parchment paper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Spread a small amount of the cheese mixture onto each cracker, creating an even layer.
  5. Top each cracker with crumbled bacon pieces, pressing gently to help them adhere to the cheese mixture.
  6. Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute parsley with chives or omit it entirely for a simpler presentation.
