  1. Prepare the red layer: Heat 1 cup of water until boiling, then stir in the red gelatin packet until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1/2 cup vodka to the dissolved gelatin mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour the red gelatin mixture evenly into shot glasses or a silicone mold (filling about 1/3 of the way). Refrigerate until set, approximately 1-2 hours.
  4. Prepare the white layer: Heat 1 cup of water until boiling, then stir in the unflavored gelatin packet until fully dissolved.
  5. Add 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup vodka to the gelatin mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  6. Carefully pour the white gelatin mixture on top of the set red layer, filling another 1/3 of the shot glasses or mold. Refrigerate until set, approximately 1-2 hours.
  7. Prepare the blue layer: Heat 1 cup of water until boiling, then stir in the blue gelatin packet until fully dissolved.
  8. Add 1/2 cup vodka to the dissolved blue gelatin mixture and stir well.
  9. Carefully pour the blue gelatin mixture on top of the set white layer, filling the final 1/3 of the shot glasses or mold. Refrigerate until fully set, approximately 1-2 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy responsibly!

Notes

Ensure each layer is fully set before adding the next to avoid mixing. Use flavored vodka for added variety.
