Equipment

  • skillet
  • baking dish
  • oven
  • spatula
  • pastry brush
  • knife

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from the heat.
  4. Without separating the slider buns, slice the entire pack in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the bottom buns, then top with cheddar cheese slices. Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm with ketchup, mustard, and pickles if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add thinly sliced onions or use American cheese instead of cheddar. Serve immediately for the best texture.
