Ingredients

Method

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of water over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin packets over the warm water and let sit for 1-2 minutes to bloom.
  3. Whisk the gelatin mixture gently until fully dissolved.
  4. Add the sugar to the saucepan and stir until dissolved.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and slowly stir in the vodka and champagne. Mix well but gently to avoid losing too much carbonation.
  6. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, small shot glasses, or a shallow baking dish if you plan to cut them into cubes later.
  7. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or until fully set.
  8. If desired, sprinkle edible glitter or sprinkles on top before serving for extra festivity.

Notes

For best results, use chilled champagne and vodka to help preserve carbonation. Adjust sugar to taste if using sweeter sparkling wine.
