Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  3. Layer the turkey, ham, salami, and provolone cheese evenly over the buns.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the mayo mixture over the inside of the top buns, then close the sliders.
  6. In another small bowl, combine the melted butter and Italian seasoning, then brush it over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds if using.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and carefully open the sliders. Add the lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pepperoncini.
  9. Serve warm immediately.

Notes

For the best texture, add the lettuce and tomato after baking so they stay fresh and crisp. You can swap the deli meats or use all provolone if you prefer a milder sandwich.
