Ingredients

Equipment

  • tea kettle
  • glass or shaker
  • measuring spoons
  • measuring cup
  • straw

Method

  1. Brew the chai tea and let it cool to room temperature, or chill it in the refrigerator for faster cooling.
  2. In a glass or shaker, combine the cooled chai tea, milk, pumpkin spice sauce or syrup, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Stir or shake well until fully mixed and slightly frothy.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the chai mixture over the top.
  5. Top with whipped cream, if using, and finish with a light sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

Notes

For a stronger chai flavor, use concentrated tea or reduce the milk slightly. Oat milk works especially well for a creamy dairy-free version. Adjust the pumpkin spice sauce or syrup to taste if you prefer a sweeter drink.
